What We Look For

Experience helps. Character matters more.

At least 18 and eligible to work in the United States
Able to pass screening, a criminal history check and the Texas nurse aide and employee misconduct registries
Reliable transportation and a phone you can use to clock in and out of shifts
Patience and common sense, and genuine care for older adults and people with disabilities
A driver's licence and auto insurance, only if you will transport clients or run errands

CNA, CPR, First Aid and CMA certifications are welcome but are not required for every role.

We match you carefully, introduce you to the client, and stay reachable.
